Uvisor Corporation (“Uvisor”) has created this Privacy Policy to inform our users of the information which is collected about you on Uvisor.com. Information Collected and Received

Uvisor may collect and/or receive information about you when utilizing the Uvisor.com website and/or any of its associated features, including, but not limited to, user name, password, first and last name, email address, street address, gender, occupation, skills, interests, education and any other data included in a submitted profile and/or resume. Uvisor also collects information on several of its pages which you may access as well as other information you may voluntarily provide, such as question/survey information, ratings, and actions performed within a job posting. Uvisor may also record additional actions taken on its site including, but not limited to, clicks, page views, page actions, IP address, search queries, and job applications. Uvisor may store this information securely on its equipment or the equipment of third parties that Uvisor has relationships with. Uvisor will encrypt as much data as possible to take every step to ensure your data is safely stored.

Uses of Information

From time to time, we may, or companies we partner with may, contact you based on your interests such as job postings and career development opportunities. Uvisor may require you to give Uvisor contact information (such as your name and email address) and demographic information. Uvisor may use your contact information to send you job alerts, create an account, and send you information about Uvisor and promotional material from some of Uvisor’s partners. Your contact information may also be used to contact you when necessary.

In addition, Uvisor may use demographic and/or profile data to tailor your experience on Uvisor, show you content which Uvisor thinks can aid in your use of the site or that you may be interest in, and display the content according to your preferences. Uvisor also has a resume upload tool, which Uvisor may make the resume and other personal information contained therein available to third parties or search engines. This means that the personal information contained in your resume can be viewed by third parties and you may receive unsolicited contact from parties unaffiliated with Uvisor. Users can make their resume private through the privacy features in their MyUvisor section of their account. Uvisor reserves the right to disclose any information when required by law. Uvisor occasionally uses other companies to perform services necessary to our operations. In the course of providing these services, those companies may have access to your personal information. By contractual agreement, those companies must treat your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, Uvisor will not be liable for any damages that may result from the misuse of your personal information by these companies. Uvisor may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with Uvisor’s service and to administer and enhance Uvisor’s site. Your IP address may also be used to help identify you, your location, and your online profile and to gather broad demographic information. Nothing shall restrict Uvisor from maintaining your data following the suspension of your account from Uvisor. Security & Links

Uvisor uses industry standard technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged between Uvisor and other companies to help ensure its security. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under Uvisor's control. Uvisor may create links to other web sites. When you click on links on Uvisor you may leave our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Assignment

If there is a change of control in Uvisor’s business (whether by merger, sale, or otherwise) or if there is an asset sale, the user information, including personal information, could be sold as part of that transaction and your personally identifying information potentially could be used by the purchaser. However, if that business materially changes this statement or the information-handling practices as described in this Privacy Policy, you will be notified by email and/or through a notice posted on the website, and you may opt-out of the use of your existing information in a new manner. This Privacy Policy inures to the benefit of any successors or assigns of Uvisor or the assets of Uvisor.

Amendments

Uvisor may amend this policy at any time. If Uvisor is going to use personally identifiable information collected through Uvisor's site in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection Uvisor will notify users via email and/or by posting a notice on Uvisor's website for 30 days prior to such use. Uvisor can update this Privacy Policy without notice, and as such, Uvisor encourages its users to periodically check back to review our most up to date Privacy Policy. Your continued usage of Uvisor will translate as your agreement to our current Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
